Dialoge on Tokyolife

Beksen: Today, we've been both good and bad tourists. On the pluss side, we ate very local food at a Ramen Shop- but we also went to a rather typical Tourist Hubub- the Shinto- Ji Shrine in Old Town Asakusa. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones there..like?
Marthe: hehe... Like three Norwegian girls. Who loudly exclaimed "Norsk er så... greit! Det er et sånt språk som ingen andre forstår!"
B: We just sorta smiled and left. But other than those, we haven't met other scandinavians. But Salesmen on the other hand..especially Bic Salesmen. Yes, people, the adventure did not stop with the Point Card. Want to elaborate, Marthe?
M: Do I have to?? well... lets just say that I wasn't happy with the lens I bought the other day.... so I wanted to return it.... hehe...
B: Enough said, I guess. They're like family now.
M: You, me and everyone we know at Bic Camera!
B: Could qualify as a Soap Opera. Here's a riddle for you, Marthe: How many Bic Salesmen do you need to sell a camera?
M: lets see... One.. Two... Six... Elleven?? Yhea, elleven!!
B: Very good! You get a point! Nah, enough of that. Another thing we're consuming at a high rate is coffee. How many coffee shops do we visit on a daily basis, do you think? (including coffee from the elaborate Vending Machines)
M: er.... Today, about three!
B: And good news- we finally found postcards! So some of them will be coming your way shortly!
M: Yesterday we went and saw a dance performance!
B: It was abstract, to say the least. Lots of smoke, screams and eerie music- it was about silence. Go figure.
M: It was all but silent!
B: So, to calm our heads, we went 300 meters over sealevel to the "Bello Visto" Bar, 40th floor of the Cerulean Tower. Pity about not having a camera, huh?
M: Yhea, the view at nightfall is gorgeous!
B: Without comparison. That goes for the service and Marthe's enormous Mai-Tai (Seriously, we're talking "the offspring of a flowerpot and fruitbowl"). So, in April we'll go to the Mori Tower and take some proper snapshots of the view.
I'd like to round off this post with the wonderful adtext of a local restaurant: "No Pudding, No life."
